Pcm,For right property, Note: I am in full time employment,have some deposit money but have be en angered by the way that estate agents treat you then expect massive fees for doing so ...ie 1st 2 viewings I had because they changed the viewing times 1hour before I viewed I had no time to get smart clothes on I had to go direct from work in my work clothes they instantlly told me I didn't meet their criteria !!! It was them who put times forward I would've made effort had it been correct original time .. And 2nd agent want far too much money(in my option ) for fees |
